| Plasti-Ned B.V. a subsidiary
of Sæplast in the Netherlands is operating as a custom moulder
in the rotational moulding industry.
As a custom moulder we are cooperating with our customers in the
design of the product. We try to get as many features as possible
in the design and save on the number of parts and mounting costs.
Another important item is the process ability of the product. Easy
moulds have a better output and reduce the production costs.
When the design is finished by our customer, we will take care
for the mould. As the product is a custom made product, the customer
will pay for the mould and development costs. We have with our 6/axis
robots the possibility to finish the plastic product completely
to the demands of our customers.
We will produce the products on the order and production schedule
of our customer.
While we have a large range of products and customers in all different
markets we have the possibility to combine solutions for products
and find new ways to improve the design of a new product.
